Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of demandfactor.world and the referral service Demandfactor Mold Help offers through it. By browsing the site, calling the number shown or sending a form, you agree to them. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Demandfactor Mold Help is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. We do not carry out inspections, sampling, testing, removal, cleaning or repairs. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

The providers you are connected with are independent companies. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, test results, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and any license your area requires, and get a written estimate.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not medical, health, professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. If you have health concerns, talk to a doctor. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get into it in ways that are not allowed.

Phone Calls, Texts and Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@demandfactor.world.

Ownership of Site Content

The content and design of this site belong to Demandfactor Mold Help or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Responsibility

As far as the law allows, Demandfactor Mold Help is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
