Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Demandfactor Mold Help wants demandfactor.world to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text alternatives for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Let people get around the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not yet fully meet these standards. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
If You Need Another Way In
If any part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@demandfactor.world and we will do what we can to assist.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this site. Email contact@demandfactor.world and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you were using, if you know
We review your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Keeping Up the Work
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we keep it in mind and keep improving.
